Job summary

FAO Philippines is seeking an experienced Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) and MIS Specialist for a 3-month project. The role focuses on MEAL design, data management, and indicator development to support the Rebuilding agricultural livelihoods project in Cagayan province.

Responsibilities

Provide MEAL requirements for the project, and ensure learning and accountability.
Guide the enhancement of the project logical framework and indicators.
Develop and manage the Risk Management Matrix for the project.
Conduct baseline assessments with target communities to inform indicators.
Ensure gender-disaggregated data collection and reporting throughout implementation.
Supervise beneficiary data collection and post-distribution monitoring.
Support FGDs and reporting for cash-based transfers and related analyses.
Document best practices and lessons learned for the project.
Extract data for MIS to facilitate aid disbursement.
Train FAO Philippines staff on tools and data usage.
Assist in preparing Accomplishment and Final Reports and onboarding of partners.
Carry out other operational tasks as requested.
