Tetra Tech is seeking an Engagement and Capacity Building Specialist to support stakeholder engagement, participatory processes, and capacity strengthening across the PIMMELA program in Manila. You will design and facilitate collaborative processes and help M&E teams effectively use data for decision‑making.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in international development or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in stakeholder engagement, facilitation, capacity building and communication.
• Experience in designing and delivering training programs and supporting participatory and co-design processes.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with diverse stakeholders; proficient in English.

Aufgaben

• Plan and facilitate retreats, workshops, and events.
• Lead Pause and Reflect sessions and co-design activities.
• Coordinate stakeholder consultations with government, partners, and donors.
• Develop training materials and capacity-building activities for M&E teams and partners.
• Document outcomes and translate into actionable inputs.
• Ensure inclusive participation and effective cross-team communication.
