Job description

This is not your typical analyst seat. You will be embedded in the frontlines of one of the Philippines’ best hospital acquisition platforms, working directly on majority-stake deals that shape the future of healthcare in the country.

From day one, you’ll sit close to the action: building models that move capital, joining calls with hospital owners and advisors, preparing materials for the Investment Committee, and juggling multiple deal timelines with sharp precision. You’ll work directly with the M&A Co-Lead, Group CEO, Group CFO, Group Chief Marketing and Business Development Officer, and sophisticated international investors, getting real exposure, and real responsibility.

This is for someone who wants to learn fast, be pushed hard, and grow sharp.

What You’ll Actually Do
  • End-to-end deal execution: Support the entire M&A lifecycle—from target identification and outreach to LOI, diligence, signing, and post-close handover.
  • Financial modeling and valuation: Build dynamic models, stress test scenarios, and deliver tight, decision-ready outputs for live transactions.
  • Diligence coordination: Own the day-to-day execution across all workstreams—legal, tax, financial, and commercial. You are the one really keeping everyone aligned, well organized and on pace.
  • Investment materials: Help draft compelling investment committee decks, integration memos, and internal strategy briefs with clarity and precision.
  • Stakeholder management: Interface with advisors, banks, and internal leadership to keep deals moving forward and expectations aligned.
  • Platform building: Be part of building not just a deal team, but a national healthcare platform with lasting operational, clinical, and social value.
What You’ll Learn
  • How deals really get done, under pressure, with incomplete information, and against real-world constraints.
  • How to build a clean story from a messy data room and cut through noise in high-stakes meetings.
  • How senior operators, investors, and executives think, decide, and move.
  • How to hold your ground and add value even when you are the most junior person in the room of seasoned operators, deal makers and deal closers.
Who You Are
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in M&A, investment banking, private equity, or corporate development with live deal exposure through to closing.
  • Financially fluent: you can build, break, and explain a model in your sleep.
  • Structured thinker with sharp commercial instinct; not just a spreadsheet jockey.
  • Strong writer and communicator; your decks are clean and messaging clear.
  • Exceptionally driven: thrives in high-intensity environments, loves a hard deadline, and stays composed when things get messy.
  • Flexible with time; you understand that deals run on urgency, not on a 9-to-5 clock. Late nights, weekend sprints, shifting timelines? Part of the mix.
  • Humble, coachable, and low ego, but competitive with yourself.
What You’ll Get
  • Exposure to career-defining high profile deals that shape the healthcare landscape in a market that is ripe for consolidation and transformation.
  • Daily proximity to the Group CEO, CFO, and senior leadership, learning at a speed you would not otherwise find in traditional corporates.
  • A visible role with top-tier international investors and high-growth capital.
  • A steep trajectory: this is the kind of platform that turns sharp analysts into future deal leads, operators, or PE principals.
  • A fast-moving team culture that values precision, autonomy, and ownership.

If you want a predictive, comfortable lifestyle with significant hand holding – this is not the opportunity or role for you.

But if you want intensity, learning, growth, and a front-row seat in building something meaningful, with substantial live deal exposure, you will thrive here.
