You will collaborate with terminals, port authorities, and service providers, ensuring continuous improvement and adherence to Maersk standards. The role requires 5–8 years in related fields and strong stakeholder engagement skills.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in vessel operations or port/terminal operations.
• Proven track record leading teams in fast-paced environments.
• Strong understanding of shipping and cargo operations.
• Experience with port authorities and service providers.
• Excellent English and Filipino communication.
• Willing to work 24/7 on-call for critical matters.

Responsibilities

• Lead port, vessel calls, and husbandry activities across Luzon.
• Ensure vessel berthing coordination and efficient turnaround.
• Develop and coach a high‑performing operations team.
• Improve processes to ensure compliance and cost‑effectiveness.
• Manage stakeholder relationships with terminals, government agencies, and partners.
