You should know organic social media well, be comfortable in WordPress, and bring ideas of your own while following outlines to produce publish-ready content with consistent scheduling.

Qualifications

• Experience managing organic social media on Facebook and Instagram.
• Experience creating reels and short-form video content.
• Hands-on WordPress experience: formatting and publishing posts.
• Strong English grammar and writing ability.
• Ability to follow outlines and weave insights into drafts.
• Experience sourcing images from stock photo platforms.
• Accountable, accurate, independent with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Create and publish daily organic content on Facebook and Instagram from weekly direction.
• Turn ideas into engaging posts, graphics, and short-form reels.
• Launch and grow platforms such as Pinterest and Reddit.
• Research platform trends to guide weekly content planning.
• Write first drafts of blog articles from titles, outlines, and firsthand insights.
• Find suitable images from stock photo libraries and our own content.
• Format and upload finished drafts in WordPress, ready for final editing.
• Keep a consistent posting and publishing schedule.
