vamasters, Inc. is seeking a creative Social Media Manager to build and run our Instagram presence in the luxury travel space. You’ll turn photos and videos into polished posts, reels, and stories, and write captions in a refined boutique voice.

The role grows into broader administrative support, so being organized, polished, and eager to grow with us is essential as you collaborate directly with the owner to shape our brand.

Qualifications

• Proven Instagram content management experience (posts, reels, stories).
• Proficiency in Canva with templates and brand kits.

Responsibilities

The role is designed to grow over time into broader administrative support, so we want someone organized, polished, and keen to grow with us.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and schedule Instagram posts, reels, and stories with our brand kit and Canva templates
• Repurpose raw photos and videos into polished, on-brand content
• Write captions, hashtags, and descriptions in a boutique luxury travel voice
• Reply to comments and direct messages to build and nurture our community
• Keep the feed consistent, visually cohesive, and in line with our brand
• Track post performance and recommend improvements that grow reach and engagement
• As the role grows, manage email and calendar and keep CRM records current
• As the role grows, handle client follow-ups from a dedicated work email and make light website content updates

Mandatory Skills:

• Proven experience managing Instagram content, including posts, reels, and stories
• Strong proficiency in Canva, including working from existing templates and brand kits
• Excellent copywriting skills and the ability to match a polished, luxury brand voice
• Experience editing and repurposing photos and short-form video
• Experience with content scheduling tools
• Experience handling community engagement, including comments and DMs
• Focused, careful, and able to manage your own time
• Strong communication skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in travel, hospitality, luxury, or lifestyle content
• Experience with video editing tools such as CapCut or similar
• Familiarity with email and calendar management and CRM tools
• Basic experience updating website content (e.g., WordPress, Squarespace, or similar)
• Understanding of Instagram analytics and hashtag strategy
• At ease with several projects on the go at once
