Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• Minimum 3 years of management experience in marketing with events, CRM and clienteling.

Responsibilities

• Lead marketing and events programs aligned with brand strategies.
• Collaborate with PR, Store Ops, Merchandising and VM to optimize campaigns.
• Manage budgets and document campaign expenses.
• Establish external partnerships to expand reach and sales.
• Present event pipelines to management and ensure on-time execution.
• Coordinate end-to-end event logistics including contracts, venues, catering.
• Oversee CRM efforts to enhance client experience.
• Develop customer insights and market analyses for CRM strategies.
• Organize VIP experiences and special client occasions.
• Ensure visual merchandising aligns with global guidelines.
