Private Advertiser is seeking a Marketing & Digital Experience Coordinator in the Philippines to manage website, email marketing, PR, content, brand, and digital presence. You will ensure polished, accurate output that aligns with an ultra-luxury brand.

You should have hands-on Klaviyo experience, website build participation, and strong writing and project-management skills, with an eye for imagery and detail.

Qualifications

• Experience building or launching a website
• Experience with Klaviyo and email campaigns
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading
• Ability to manage PR outreach and media relationships
• Eye for imagery and quality control for a luxury brand
• Experience with CMS platforms and digital assets

Responsabilités

• Support website development, redesign, and launch
• Coordinate with developers, designers, writers, photographers, SEO partners and vendors
• QA every page before launch; test links, forms, navigation, and mobile responsiveness
• Upload/update website copy and imagery; identify outdated content
• Manage Klaviyo campaigns, templates, lists, and flows; test campaigns
• Coordinate PR outreach; maintain press database and assets
• Monitor brand mentions and competitor activity
• Assist with content calendars, tone consistency, and editorial quality
• Manage marketing operations: calendars, deadlines, and project coordination
