The role requires a strong understanding of luxury branding, consumer behavior, storytelling, and elevated brand experiences, ensuring marketing excellence across touchpoints.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 4+ years in marketing, preferably luxury, lifestyle, or premium brands.
• Real estate experience is an advantage, not required.
• Experience developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns.
• Experience working with creative agencies and managing multiple stakeholders.
• Strong presentation, communication, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute luxury residential marketing strategies aligned with brand direction.
• Translate property features into compelling luxury narratives and campaigns.
• Create integrated campaigns across digital, events, partnerships, PR and more.
• Provide creative direction for assets, communications, and materials.
• Collaborate with Sales, Leasing, Design, PR, Digital, and external partners.
• Oversee campaigns from concept to launch ensuring brand standards.
• Monitor market trends in luxury, lifestyle, design, and premium consumer segments.
