Job summary

Pristine Paradigm Jewelry invites a Showroom Client Advisor & Customer Experience Associate to join our all-female team at the new Makati showroom. You will personally assist clients during showroom appointments, understand their needs, guide them through options, and help them confidently choose the right piece.

We value warm, articulate communicators fluent in English and Filipino, with at least two years in client-facing roles. A college degree and a good laptop are preferred.

Qualifications

• College degree in business or communications preferred.
• At least 2 years of client-facing or sales experience.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Filipino.
• Professional and well-presented in customer-facing environments.
• Has a good working laptop.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers during showroom appointments.
• Understand each customer's needs, preferences, budget, and occasion.
• Guide customers through engagement rings, gemstones, metals, settings, and custom options.
• Explain product differences clearly so customers can make informed decisions.
• Build genuine relationships and provide a warm, personalized showroom experience.
• Handle sales inquiries and follow up with customers before and after appointments.
• Coordinate with CX, Operations, and Production teams regarding orders and requests.
• Maintain accurate customer and order information.
• Prepare the showroom before appointments and ensure pieces are presented well.
• Assist with showroom inventory, displays, and general organization.
• Continuously learn about our products, materials, gemstones, and jewelry processes.
