Job summary

Q2 HR Solutions is seeking confident Store Sales Attendants to join a luxury jewelry retail team across Metro Manila. You will greet customers, present collections with product knowledge, and drive sales through personalized service.

Paid training provided, mall-based full-time schedule, and opportunities for growth in luxury retail. Fresh graduates are welcome, with travel to multiple store locations within Metro Manila.

Qualifications

• Strong English communication; friendly, confident and sales-oriented.
• Team player with a proactive attitude.
• At least a high school graduate; fresh graduates welcome.

Responsibilities

• Present and promote luxury jewelry collections with confidence and professionalism.
• Welcome and assist customers, delivering warm and personalized service.
• Explain product features and craftsmanship using product knowledge.
• Handle sales transactions and provide excellent after-sales support.
• Maintain store standards, including cleanliness, inventory accuracy, and displays.
• Collaborate with team to achieve sales targets and uphold luxury service standards.
• Maintain a polished and professional appearance at all times.
