Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries from showroom visits, phone calls, website chats, SMS, and social media.
• Provide courteous, knowledgeable, and tailored responses matching client interests.
• Listen actively to customer requirements and match them with product options.
• Present jewelry pieces with elegance, highlighting quality, design, materials, and craftsmanship.
• Recommend complementary products or services (e.g., engraving, matching sets).
• Use upselling and cross-selling strategies to maximize basket size.
• Prepare sales quotations, orders, and invoices in coordination with Inventory and Finance.
• Capture accurate customer information in CRM/order tracking system.
• Build long-term relationships with clients through follow-ups and personalized communication.
• Meet or exceed individual sales quotas and conversion metrics.
