• Recommend complementary products or services (e.g., engraving, matching sets).
• Use upselling and cross-selling strategies to maximize basket size.
• Prepare sales quotations, orders, and invoices in coordination with Inventory and Finance.
• Capture accurate customer information in CRM/order tracking system.
• Build long-term relationships with clients through follow-ups and personalized communication.

• Prepare sales quotations, sales orders, and invoices in coordination with the Inventory and Finance teams
• Capture complete and accurate customer information in the CRM or order tracking system

About you

• Vocational or High School Graduate
• 1–3 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in retail, jewelry, or luxury products
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written

• Good product presentation skills and the ability to explain specifications clearly
