Job summary

MJM Manufacturing Corporation seeks a Sales & Brand Growth Manager to drive growth for our bespoke wedding jewelry brand. This is a hybrid role with field-based activities in NCR/BGC regions, focusing on turning digital opportunities and strong relationships into actual sales.

You will lead a sales team, shape growth plans, manage CRM and customer journeys, and collaborate with partners across the wedding industry to expand designer collaborations and collections.

Qualifications

• Proven sales and team leadership experience.
• Strong communication, negotiation and PR skills.
• Digitally inclined and comfortable with CRM, social media leads, digital funnels and performance metrics.
• Strong relationship-building and networking ability.
• Commercially and financially minded.
• Confident dealing with premium clients and business partners.
• Hands-on, resourceful and execution-driven.
• Able to create a plan and make it happen.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop our sales team.
• Create and execute sales growth plans.
• Manage the digital sales funnel, CRM, leads, conversion, and customer journey.
• Work with digital marketing partners, coordinators, designers, hotels, venues and wedding-industry partners.
• Build designer collaborations and our collections.
• Develop PR, referral, and business-development opportunities.
• Improve sales conversion, AOV, and customer experience.
• Monitor CAC, sales performance, pipeline and profitability.
• Represent us in client meetings, wedding events, partnerships and collaborations.
• Turn plans into measurable results.
