Raffles Makati invites a seasoned Finance Director to drive financial strategy and operations in Manila's premier luxury hotel. You will oversee reporting, budgeting, and capital planning, ensuring timely closes, accurate analysis, and decisive actions that safeguard business performance.

This role focuses on governance, asset protection, and regulatory compliance, while leading a high-performing finance team aligned with the hotel’s renowned standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related discipline; CPA qualification is an advantage.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in Finance or Accounting, with supervisory exposure.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, internal controls, audit, and statutory compliance.
• Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management skills; proficient with hotel systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the hotel’s financial strategy and reporting, ensuring timely closes and sound decisions.
• Strengthen governance, controls, budgets, cash management, and policy compliance.
• Oversee statutory, tax, audit, and regulatory compliance with auditors and authorities.
• Develop and mentor the Finance team to uphold luxury-hospitality standards.
