Job summary

Mövenpick Resort Boracay is seeking a Cost Control Manager to lead inventory and expense governance, driving cost optimization while maintaining service excellence. You will oversee purchasing, budgeting, and cross-functional cost-reduction initiatives across the property.

Ideal candidates hold a Finance or Hospitality degree with 2–5 years in luxury hotel cost control, strong PMS and Excel skills, and a detail-oriented, analytical mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Hospitality Management.
• 2–5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within luxury hotel environments.
• Proficiency in hotel property management systems (PMS) and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Inventory & Purchasing Leadership: Direct and oversee the inventory management function, including receiving, storage, and issuance of goods.
• Financial Analysis & Reporting: Develop and monitor cost analysis frameworks, track expenses against budgets, and present insights to leadership.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead initiatives with purchasing, culinary, and service departments to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
• Governance & Compliance: Ensure adherence to internal audit standards and corporate financial policies.
