Job summary

InterContinental Singapore Robertson Quay is seeking a dedicated Duty Manager to oversee the Front Office team under the Front Office Manager, ensuring a consistent luxury experience for guests and coordinating with all hotel departments.

The successful candidate will lead staff, manage guest relations, ensure brand standards, and participate in recruitment and training, with flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in Hotel Management/Business Administration with 1 year Front Office/Guest Service experience, including management.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in other languages is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operation of the Front Office to ensure a consistent luxury experience and coordinate with other hotel departments.
• Supervise and direct Reception personnel and monitor standards of conduct, appearance and service.
• Respond to guest needs, resolve issues promptly and maintain strong guest relations.
