Wedded Wonderland in Manila is seeking a Luxury Travel Consultant to deliver concierge-level travel support for destination weddings, milestone celebrations, and their guests. This role collaborates with senior travel specialists, wedding planners, venues, and global partners to coordinate complex itineraries.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years in luxury travel or related roles, strong English communication, and a keen eye for detail.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in luxury travel or related roles.
• Proven experience supporting complex itineraries and group travel.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate travel itineraries for destination weddings and guest travel.
• Assist with accommodations, transfers, and experiences aligned to schedules.
• Log bookings and guest details in CRM accurately.
• Communicate with guests, planners, and partners via WhatsApp, email, and phone.
• Coordinate with hotels, transfers, and service partners to support plans.
