Seabourn is seeking a kitchen station cook to produce and prepare all food in the assigned station in alignment with company menus and recipes. You will ensure quality, presentation, and adherence to standards while maintaining professional appearance and conduct.

The role requires 2+ years of cruise ship, 5-star hotel, or high-profile restaurant experience and an accredited advanced food safety certification. Knowledge in VSP is preferred.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of cruise ship, 5-star hotel, or high-profile restaurant experience in a similar role.
• Certification from an accredited advanced food safety program.
• Extensive knowledge in VSP preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Produce and prepare all food in the assigned station according to menus and recipes.
• Ensure quality, presentation, and correctness of all items served from the station.
• Maintain professional appearance and conduct as per standards.
• Log hours and report discrepancies to the Sous Chef.
• Receive, store, and manage stores items using FIFO methods.
• Follow daily work plans aligned with menus and recipes.
