• Daily hands-on use of Claude AI to produce content.
• CapCut or similar video editing experience.
• Strong Canva for carousels and branded templates.
• Solid understanding of what performs on each social platform.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate weekly content ideas with hooks based on performance data and trends.
• Repurpose long-form content into newsletters, blogs, Substack, and posts for LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Edit reels with an AI reel editor and fix missed items manually.
• Design carousels and video carousels in Canva using brand templates.
• Create Instagram Stories from existing material with polls and engagement sequences.
• Repurpose podcast interviews into Shorts, clips, posts, and promotional content.
• Proofread all content and manage the content calendar from draft to published.
• Send weekly approval batches and coordinate with the founder for sales conversations.
• Run weekly Instagram trial reels and hook tests; log performance and prepare weekly report on top performers.
• Organize recordings, finished pieces, captions, and ideas in Google Drive with clear tags and workflow notes.
