You will own the process, use Claude workflows, and help establish brand systems to attract buyers and authority among women founders. You will craft weekly content, adapt long‑form pieces, and oversee a motion of posts across newsletters, blogs, Substack, LinkedIn, and Instagram.

Qualifications

• Daily use of Claude for high‑quality output.
• Proficient in short‑form video editing with CapCut or equivalent.
• Strong Canva skills for branded carousels.
• Understanding what performs on each social platform and why.
• Ability to spot AI‑written copy and refine to a premium standard.
• Track content performance and translate data into insights.
• Organize digital assets in Google Drive with clear naming.
• Trustworthy, careful, and able to work independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to keep content moving.

Responsibilities

• Pitch weekly content ideas with hooks based on trends and performance.
• Adapt long-form content into newsletters, blogs, Substack, and social posts.
• Edit reels with an AI editor and correct missed elements.
• Build carousels and video carousels in Canva from brand templates.
• Produce Instagram Stories with polls, engagement, and promos.
• Repurpose podcasts into Shorts, clips, posts, and articles.
• Proofread all content and manage the content calendar by status.
• Submit weekly approval batches and schedule only approved content.
• Respond to routine comments and DMs in brand voice; route sales to founder.
• Run weekly trial reels, log performance, and report top performers weekly.
• Keep recordings, captions, and ideas organized with clear tags and workflows.
