Qualifications

• Previous experience in a luxury hotel or fine-dining environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service by anticipating guest needs, taking accurate orders, and serving food and beverages to Jumeirah standards.
• Set up, clear, and maintain tables, buffets, and service areas in excellent condition.
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen and F&B team for smooth service and timely delivery.
• Handle food, beverages, and service equipment responsibly, following hygiene, safety, and HACCP regulations.
• Maintain a friendly, professional presence with guests and colleagues, embodying the company values.
