Job summary

SEAOIL Philippines, Inc. is seeking an LPG Sales Specialist to drive growth in an assigned area by developing customer relationships, monitoring market trends, and implementing strategies to boost sales and efficiency.

You will manage customer acquisition, report performance, conduct market analysis, train dealers and delivery riders, and support cylinder inventory and billing processes to help expand the LPG business across the region.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of B2C selling experience.
• At least 3 years total sales experience.
• Good networking capability from frequent area visits.
• Prefer LPG sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee LPG sales business development by managing customer growth, development, and relationships within the assigned area.
• Manage business development by surveying the assigned area, recommending localized programs for volume growth, and pursuing new commercial clients.
• Prepare daily performance reports and monitor competitors' prices to inform strategy.
• Conduct market intelligence and accurate accounts receivable reconciliation.
• Assist LPG Operations with cylinder inventory and swapping functions.
• Report customer feedback and provide recommendations to improve customer experience.
• Support cylinder asset accounting to promote efficient pilot setup and best practices.
• Maintain LPG store database, review buying patterns, and suggest growth solutions.
• Conduct orientation and sales training for Dealers, customers and delivery riders; cover product knowledge and conversion processes.
