Job summary

Petron Corporation in General Santos is seeking a General Clerk to oversee cashiering, dispatching, and inventory for the LPG refilling plant. You will coordinate with the plant operator and staff to ensure customers are served on time with the right quantities and quality.

Daily duties include monitoring stock and product movement, processing payments, and supporting HSSE initiatives. A Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field and strong communication skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal relationship skills.
• Preferably knowledgeable on LPG refilling plant operations.
• With basic clerical skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs cashiering, dispatching and inventory functions of the refilling plant.
• Coordinates with refilling plant operator and personnel to ensure timely service with right quantity and quality.
• Supports and provides assistance to Third Party Refilling Plant Manager and engineer.
• Ensures delivery of orders on time and in correct quantity.
• Monitors product receiving, stock movement and daily operations.
• Performs other tasks assigned by Engineer/ Manager.
