Petron Corporation is seeking a General Clerk for its LPG refilling plant operations. The role focuses on cashiering, dispatching, and inventory control, with direct coordination to plant operators to ensure timely service, correct quantities, and quality for customers.

The incumbent will support the Plant Engineer/Manager, perform daily stock checks, monitor product movement, and help implement safety and efficiency programs while handling routine clerical tasks.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
• With good communication and inter-personal relationship skills.
• Preferably knowledgeable on LPG refilling plant operations.
• With basic clerical skills.

Aufgaben

• Ensures delivery of all customer orders at the right time and quantity.
• Reports to Engineer/Manager with customer concerns to address needs and requirements.
• Monitors the product receiving operation of the plant.
• Monitors daily stock and product movement.
• Coordinates with source plants on the replenishment schedule through daily SPR.
• Monitors the operator’s performance on LPG refilling activities.
• Implements HSSE programs as instructed by engineer/manager.
• Performs cashiering functions including payments, deposits, and reporting.
• Performs Stock Accounting by daily monitoring product movement, receipt and issuance of LPG.
