Job summary

Petron Corporation in the Philippines invites applications for a General Clerk responsible for cashiering, dispatching and inventory at the refilling plant. You will coordinate with the plant operator and staff to ensure customers are served on time with the right quantities and quality.

The role supports the Plant Manager and engineers, enforces HSSE programs, conducts toolbox talks, and handles daily financial and stock records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field is required.
• Good communication and interpersonal relationship skills.
• Preferably knowledgeable on LPG refilling plant operations.
• With basic clerical skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering, dispatching, and inventory functions.
• Coordinate with refilling plant operator and staff to ensure timely, accurate service.
• Support Third Party Refilling Plant Manager and engineers.
• Ensure orders are delivered on time and in correct quantity.
• Report customer concerns to the Engineer/Manager.
• Monitor stock movements and product receiving.
• Maintain HSSE compliance and conduct toolbox meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Engineer/Manager.
