Surge Fitness + Lifestyle is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Longevity Department. The RN will deliver professional care within health optimization and longevity programs, administer treatments, monitor progress, and educate clients on wellness strategies.

The role emphasizes safe clinical practice, documentation, patient safety, and collaboration with physicians and specialists to support client wellness goals.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with a valid Philippine nursing license.
• Experience in IV therapy, wellness, aesthetics, preventive care, or longevity programs is an advantage.
• Knowledge of nutrition, supplements, wellness protocols, and preventive healthcare is preferred.
• Strong clinical, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer IV therapy, supplements, and other approved wellness treatments in accordance with established protocols and applicable regulations.
• Monitor clients’ health status before, during, and after treatments and accurately document observations and progress.
• Educate clients on longevity programs, wellness protocols, nutrition, and healthy lifestyle practices within the scope of practice.
• Ensure proper preparation, handling, storage, and documentation of supplies and treatment materials.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized, and professional clinical environment.
• Coordinate with physicians, wellness specialists, and other healthcare professionals regarding client care.
• Observe and promptly report any adverse reactions, concerns, or changes in client condition.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, infection control, and applicable healthcare regulations.
• Provide professional, compassionate, and customer-focused service to all clients.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records and treatment documentation.
• Participate in team meetings, training, and continuing professional development.
