Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Inventory Management Software / ERP systems and MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Strong communication skills to liaise effectively between sales personnel, factory staff, and drivers.
• Exceptional organizational and multi-tasking abilities in a high-volume environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills under tight delivery schedules.

Responsibilities

• Receive, review, and process incoming sales orders and POs from sales executives.
• Verify order specifications for accuracy before submission to the factory.
• Maintain regular communication with sales executives regarding order statuses and dispatch dates.
• Liaise with factory and production teams to prioritize and schedule order fabrication/packing.
• Monitor staging and packing to ensure items meet client requirements.
