This role focuses on cycle counts, stock audits, replenishment coordination, and maintaining safety and accuracy standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in logistics, SCM, business admin, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in warehouse operations with supervisory exposure.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control and warehouse procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead warehouse staff in daily operations.
• Assign tasks and monitor employee performance to meet productivity targets.
• Oversee receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods.
• Ensure inventory accuracy via regular cycle counts and stock audits.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment activities.
