Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics / Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration or related field.

• Proficient in MS Excel; SAP knowledge is an advantage.
• Willing to work in shifting schedules and be assigned on-site (warehouse/depot).
• Highly organized, adaptable, and results-driven.

Responsibilities

• Undergo intensive training in warehouse, transport, and inventory operations.
• Supervise daily activities including receiving, picking, dispatch, and delivery coordination.
• Analyze operational data (productivity, accuracy, shrinkage, turnaround time).
• Assist in process improvements and implementation of standard operating procedures.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (planning, transport, customer service).
• Prepare reports and present operational updates to management.
