Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, SCM, IE, business admin or related field.
• Experience in logistics, supply chain, transportation, or operations analysis.
• Knowledge of import/export processes, customs regulations, and international logistics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
• Experience with ERP systems and supply chain processes.

Responsibilities

• Analyze transportation, warehousing, and distribution data to identify trends, risks, and improvements.
• Monitor logistics performance metrics such as delivery, freight cost, inventory movement, and service levels.
• Support inbound and outbound logistics activities to ensure timely material availability and customer deliveries.
• Develop and maintain logistics reports, dashboards, and performance indicators.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, carriers, and 3PL providers.
• Support import and export compliance activities.
• Evaluate logistics processes and recommend efficiency, quality, and cost improvements.
• Assist with forecasting transportation requirements and capacity planning.
• Participate in supply chain optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure accurate system transactions and data integrity within ERP and logistics management systems.

Opportunity Overview

• Analyze transportation, warehousing, and distribution data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Monitor logistics performance metrics including delivery performance, freight cost, inventory movement, and service levels.
• Support inbound and outbound logistics activities to ensure timely material availability and customer deliveries.
