2GO Group is seeking a Senior Logistics Systems Analyst to drive stability and scalability of our logistics platforms across first mile to last mile. You will translate operations needs into system configurations and ensure readiness for growth.

The role partners with Operations, IT, Commercial, and external system providers to deliver effective solutions, leading UAT and change governance, while monitoring performance to minimize incidents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, IT, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Systems, or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in logistics operations and systems analysis.
• Experience with UAT, system rollouts and operations change management.
• Proficient in Excel, reporting and data analysis.

In this role, you’ll drive the stability, scalability, and continuous improvement of 2GO’s logistics systems across first mile, middle mile, last mile, retail, and PUDO operations. You’ll ensure that business requirements, operational processes, network configurations, and system capabilities are aligned to deliver reliable and efficient logistics execution.

You’ll serve as a key link between Operations, IT, Commercial, Customer Experience, and external system providers, translating operational needs into system solutions, resolving production issues, strengthening configuration governance, and ensuring systems are ready to support business growth and customer requirements.

What you’ll do

Systems Analysis & Solution Design

• Analyze operational processes and identify system gaps affecting service performance, customer onboarding, and efficiency.
• Translate business requirements into system configurations and functional design requirements.
• Review system behaviour and recommend improvements to routing, pickup, delivery, tracking, and customer experience.
• Partner with Operations, IT, Commercial, and system providers to deliver effective solutions.

Logistics Network Configuration & Governance

• Manage logistics system configurations covering hubs, facilities, routes, connections, service areas, pickup and delivery, retail, PUDO, and transshipment.
• Ensure system configurations accurately reflect approved logistics network designs and operational requirements.
• Support network expansion, customer onboarding and operational rollouts.

Master Data Management

• Govern logistics master data covering service areas, customers, accounts, AWB and label configurations, facilities, routing, connections, exceptions, and user access.
• Maintain data accuracy, completeness, consistency and compliance across logistics platforms.
• Implement controls to prevent configuration errors and operational disruptions.

UAT, Production Validation & Change Management

• Lead UAT, pilot testing, production validation and hypercare activities for system enhancements and operational changes.
• Validate system readiness and operational scenarios prior to deployment.
• Maintain proper change governance and documentation for configuration updates.

Operational Fallout & Incident Resolution

• Monitor and resolve system-related operational issues involving routing, booking, pickup, integrations, tracking, scanning, address validation and parcel movement.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce recurring system and operational incidents.

Audit, Controls & Performance Monitoring

• Ensure logistics systems and master data comply with operational standards, governance policies and audit requirements.
• Conduct audits covering routing integrity, data quality, milestone compliance, user access, configuration changes and customer setup.
• Monitor and report KPIs related to system stability, fallout volumes, routing accuracy, data quality, onboarding readiness and issue resolution.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve operational reliability and customer experience.

You’ll thrive in this role if you…

• Have a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, IT, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Systems, or a related field.
• Have 5–7 years of experience in logistics operations, systems analysis, logistics systems management, master data management, operations support, network design or systems administration.
• Have strong knowledge of express/e-commerce logistics and first, middle, and last mile operations.
• Understand logistics network design, routing logic, master data governance and API‑integrated environments.
• Have experience working with TMS, WMS, parcel management, customer portal or API‑integrated logistics systems.
• Have experience in UAT, production incident management, system rollouts and operational change management.
• Have strong analytical, problem‑solving, root cause analysis and stakeholder management skills.
• Have experience with customer onboarding, API implementation, PUDO/retail operations, or external logistics system providers.
• Are proficient in Excel, reporting and data analysis.
• Demonstrate strong execution discipline, ownership and the ability to operate effectively in high‑pressure environments.
