Job summary

Temple & Webster is seeking a Logistics Systems Analyst to support the Supply Chain Technology Manager. You will assist in configuration, integration and master data efforts to improve system performance and drive continuous improvement across the logistics function.

The role involves maintaining scorecards, performing root cause analyses, and collaborating with service delivery, logistics, finance and engineering teams to enhance system functionality and drive operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Six Sigma/Process Improvement experience in logistics or supply chain.
• Ability to adapt to new tools and technologies (e.g., Gemini).
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills across multiple business units.
• Proficiency in logistics KPIs, terms and operating processes.
• Clear and effective business communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Logistics System Incident scorecard and process improvements.
• Assist in documenting logistics system configuration requirements and changes.
• Review open incident tickets and manage configuration change requests.
• Prepare summaries and report on logistics system configuration changes.
