Philippine Manufacturing Co. of Murata, Inc.

is seeking an experienced logistics professional to oversee shipment arrangements and ensure compliance with local, import, and export regulations. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of logistics experience, strong knowledge of supply chain management, and the ability to collaborate with government agencies and external service providers to maintain efficient, compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Must be a college graduate of any 2-year or 4-year course.
• Must have at least 2-years experience as Logistics function or equivalent.
• With good comprehension in Supply Chain Management and Trade Industry
• Has knowledge on regulatory requirements related to shipment arrangement (Local, Import, Export)
• Can collaborate with government agencies (BOC, PEZA, and related agencies)
• Can trade external service providers
• Oversee shipment arrangement, perform confirmation of all documents to identify any discrepancy in order to ensure that there will be no irregularity in the process
• Collaborate with internal and external contributors while identifying risk and determining impact of changes in the industry in order to formulate effective BCP
• Reconcile processed billings versus SOA, disseminate company policies, conduct selection and registration of which business partners to work
• Manage and review customer requests and concerns, participate in dicussions and recommend ideas for new activities or projects
