Job summary

Fresh N' Famous Food Inc.- Chowking is seeking a Logistics Specialist (3PL Operations Management) to support oversight of third-party logistics providers, KPI tracking, and contract obligations to ensure service aligns with agreements.

You'll collect KPI data, maintain dashboards, monitor 3PL compliance, manage contract repositories, and prepare reports for quarterly reviews. This is a full onsite role in Sucat, Muntinlupa.

Qualifications

• Graduates of management or engineering or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in end-to-end warehouse operations.
• Strong data analysis and Excel/Google Sheets skills (Pivot Tables, Dashboards).
• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple deliverables.
• Good communication skills and stakeholder coordination.
• Knowledge of contract terms, SLAs, and vendor compliance is a plus.
• Willing to do fieldwork and be assigned in Sucat, Muntinlupa (full onsite).

Responsibilities

• Collect, validate, and consolidate KPI data for OTIF, IRA, TAT, Damages, IA, and Reversal.
• Maintain performance dashboards and scorecards for weekly/monthly reporting.
• Track and document 3PL compliance with SLAs and contract terms.
• Maintain a repository of 3PL contracts and key obligations.
• Participate in quarterly business reviews and prepare reports, presentations, and insights.
• Provide basic data for analysis of logistics costs.
• Prepare a purchase requisition for standard materials, supplies, or services.
• Check compliance of partners on site activities (security, housekeeping, etc.).
• Prepare management reports related to HACCP, GWP, and EHSS.

Title: Logistics Specialist (3PL Operations Management)

The Logistic Specialist (3rd Party Logistics) is responsible for supporting the oversight of third-party logistics providers through KPI tracking, contract obligation monitoring, and issue resolution support. This role ensures service delivery aligns with contractual terms and business expectations while contributing to continuous improvement efforts.

• Collect, validate, and consolidate data for KPIs such as OTIF,IRA, TAT, Damages, IA, and Reversal
• Maintain performance dashboards and scorecards for weekly/monthly reporting.
• Track and document third-party compliance with SLAs and contract terms.
• Maintain a repository of 3PL contracts and key obligations.
• Participate in quarterly business reviews and help prepare reports, presentations, and insights.
• Provide the basic data required for the analysis of logistics costs.
• Prepare a purchase requisition for standard materials, supplies, or services based on the budget.
• Checks compliance of partners on standard building and facilities management activities, functions, operations and procedures (e.g., security, housekeeping, refrigeration, utilities, maintenance, etc.)
• Prepare management reports related to HACCP, GWP, and EHSS.

Job Qualifications
