Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily logistics activities including inbound and outbound shipments.
• Ensure timely delivery of products to warehouses, dealers, and customers.

• Coordinate with warehouse teams on stock receiving, storage, and dispatch.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure accuracy of stock records.
• Support stock replenishment planning and minimize stock discrepancies.
• Coordinate with transport providers and 3PL partners for delivery scheduling.
• Optimize routes and delivery timelines to ensure operational efficiency.
• Monitor delivery performance and implement improvements when needed.
• Prepare and process logistics documents such as delivery receipts, invoices, and shipment records.
