Job summary

Otsuka-Solar Philippines Inc. is seeking a Logistics Specialist to oversee delivery documentation, item receipts, and cross-functional delivery coordination. You will support accounting processes and maintain logistical records.

The ideal candidate has a 4-year degree and at least 3 years in logistics, with strong MS Office skills and teamwork across departments. Onsite work in Sto Tomas and Cavite areas is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field is required.
• At least 3 years of experience in Logistics.
• People management experience is an advantage.
• Team player with experience across Sales, Marketing and Logistics.
• Proficiency in MS Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Prepare, process, and release delivery documents with accurate information.
• Supervise receipt of items and deliveries with proper documentation.
• Coordinate deliveries for events, accounts, and sample stocks with cross-functional teams.
• Endorse delivery documents to Accounting to facilitate payment processing.
• Maintain spreadsheets, prepare reports, and assist the Logistics Supervisor and Manager.

Schedule: Monday to Saturday

We're looking for a Logistics Specialist to join our dynamic team and play a vital role in ensuring seamless operations and timely deliveries.

What You'll Do:

• Document and System Management: Prepare, process, and release delivery documents while ensuring all information is accurate and complete.
• Distributor Coordination: Supervise the receipt of items and deliveries, ensuring proper documentation for every transaction.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Marketing, Sales, and Business Development teams to coordinate deliveries for events, accounts, and sample stocks.
• Accounting Support: Endorse delivery documents to the Accounting team to facilitate payment processing.
• Administrative Support: Maintain spreadsheets, prepare reports, and assist the Logistics Supervisor and Manager with department needs.

What You Bring to the Role:

• A bachelor’s degree in any 4-year course.
