Job summary

ONE VOGUE PTE. LTD. Pasir Panjang is seeking a Shipping Officer (Customer Service) to handle inquiries, coordinate shipments, and prepare shipping documents, ensuring smooth import/export processes.

You will liaise with customers, suppliers and freight partners, monitor transit times, and update systems with shipment statuses. You will also assist with invoicing, billing, and maintaining accurate records per SOPs.

Qualifications

• Relevant customer service experience in freight forwarding or shipping.
• Familiar with import/export shipping documentation and processes.
• Willingness to participate in in-house training on logistics software.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries and shipment-related matters via phone and email.
• Prepare and process shipping, import/export and delivery documents.
• Coordinate and track shipments to ensure timely collection and delivery.
• Prepare invoices and billing documents accurately and promptly.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers, freight partners and other relevant parties.
• Ensure import/export shipments are handled smoothly according to SOPs.
• Maintain accurate shipment records and logistics documentation.
• Support general shipping administration and other logistics duties as required.
