Job summary

The role requires coordinating with drivers, dispatchers, 3PL partners, and sales to ensure timely deliveries and accurate record-keeping. A logistics-related degree and MS Excel proficiency are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience in logistics, transportation, dispatch, or supply chain operations preferred.
• Knowledge of route planning, truck booking, and 3PL coordination is an advantage.
• MS Excel/Google Sheets and basic logistics systems.
• Strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Picklist, routing & truck booking: prepare daily picklists, assist in routing, coordinate truck bookings.
• Trip ticket & truck assignment: prepare trip tickets, verify details, assign trucks, coordinate with dispatchers/3PL.
• Delivery monitoring: track deliveries, update status, escalate delays affecting service levels.
• Backload & records management: encode and update backload transactions, ensure proper matching with trips.
• Expense liquidation & reporting: process expense liquidations, verify receipts, compile reports.
