Job summary

SLB invites applications for the Internship: Resource Assistant position in Romania. The role supports Operations Planning with logistics tasks including documentation, customs declarations, and shipment tracking.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to Resource Coordinators.
• Manage customs declaration for European shipments.
• Monitor end-to-end shipment timelines and status.
• Coordinate transportation activities to ensure on-time delivery.
• Communicate with customers and stakeholders on shipment status.
• Verify documentation and support compliance tasks.
• Develop relationships with the Logistics department to keep records updated.
• Perform import/export and interlocation shipment administration.
