Job summary

IOM in Manila invites applications for an Internship Programme in the Supply Chain Unit. The intern will assist with procurement, logistics, and admin tasks while gaining exposure to ERP, contracts, and payments under supervision.

Applicants should be recent graduates within one year in related fields, fluent in English, and able to coordinate with multiple stakeholders. A small monthly stipend is provided, with potential pathways within the UN system.

Qualifications

• Candidate must have recently graduated within one year in procurement, Management, Business/Public Administration, or other relevant discipline.
• Computer literacy including proficiency in MS Office and Visio.
• Fluency in English, both written and oral.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the operational activities of the MSCU under supervision.
• Support planning, procurement, and logistics for missions and offices worldwide.
• Prepare and issue solicitations in ERP system according to procurement strategy.
• Provide admin support for payments and contract management.
