SLB invites applications for the Internship: Resource Assistant position in Romania. The role supports Operations Planning with logistics tasks including documentation, customs declarations, and shipment tracking.

• Communicate with customers and stakeholders on shipment status.
• Verify documentation and support compliance tasks.
• Develop relationships with the Logistics department to keep records updated.
• Perform import/export and interlocation shipment administration.

Job Summary

The Position holder is responsible for Logistic movement functions as Resource Assistant. The position reports to the Operational Planning Resource Lead. Successful Position holders are excellent communicators, enjoy solving problems, efficiently multitask, work well in teams and in fast paced environment.

Essential Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide administrative support to Resource Coordinators.
• Customs declaration management for European shipments.
• End-to-end shipment monitoring and timeline management.
• Coordination of transportation activities to ensure on-time delivery.
• Customer and stakeholder communication regarding shipment status.
• Documentation verification and compliance support.
• Develop extensive relationships with Logistic department to enable all records to be updated.
• Perform administrative tasks related to import/export and interlocation shipments, including physical and system-based.

The monthly compensation for the internship program is fixed for all interns and ranges between 4,444 - 5,000 RON gross.
