Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in logistics, procurement or SCM.
• Experience with import/export regulations, permits, customs clearance.
• Experience with logistics service providers, freight forwarders, customs brokers.
• Strong knowledge of local and international trade regulations.
• Proficient in ERP and procurement systems.
• Excel and data analysis proficiency.
• Excellent negotiation and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple government permit applications.
• English proficiency (and local language if required).

Responsibilities

• Develops proposals and specifications for purchases.
• Ensures purchasing adheres to current ethical procedures.
• Locates vendors and negotiates terms.
• Maintains records of orders and prepares purchase orders.
• Prepares purchase requests and checks conformity with PO.
• Oversees supplier list and records.
• Monitors movement, storage, and delivery of goods.
• Manages delivery notes and invoicing handoffs.
• Ensures regulatory permits such as CFPR/LTO are kept up to date.
