Job summary

2GO Group is seeking a results-driven Project Manager to lead strategic operational initiatives in our Philippines operations. You will plan, execute, and deliver projects on scope, time, and budget while driving continuous improvements.

You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to define objectives, manage detailed plans and budgets, assess risks, and report performance to senior leadership. A PMP/PRINCE2 certification is a plus, with 3–5 years in logistics or supply chain preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 3–5 years’ project management experience in logistics or supply chain.
• Strong leadership, problem solving, and communication skills.
• Certification in Project Management (PMP or PRINCE2) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute strategic operational projects align with the strategic road map of the business.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scopes, objectives , and deliverables.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring timely delivery.
• Assess risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Lead project review cadences to track progress and resolve roadblocks.
• Standardize project management frameworks and methodologies for operational setups and expansions.
• Prepare and present project performance reports and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Support the deployment of operational excellence initiatives by integrating CI principles into projects.
