Job summary

2GO Group in the Philippines seeks a Operations Supervisor to oversee special solution and value-adding cross-dock transport services, client-principal contract management, and overall profitability.

You will lead warehousing, cross-dock activities, and related distribution tasks, ensuring service levels meet client expectations while maintaining cost efficiency and compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in logistics/warehouse/transport.
• Graduate of any 4-year course.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal relationships and leadership abilities.
• Knowledge of cross-dock and client-principal contract management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervises all operations to ensure smooth, efficient and cost-effective service.
• Supports warehouse operations aligned with quality standards.
• Lead in serving cross-dock serviced clients relative to contract compliance and performance updates.
• Supervises operations to meet cost, quality and performance targets with transport and forwarding activities.
• Participates in coordination with internal units to explore new business opportunities and sustainability initiatives.
• Generates daily profitability analysis and KPIs; ensures timely invoicing and cost verification.
• Fosters a culture of quality, service excellence, flexibility and cost consciousness.
• Promotes safety and warehousing standards; ensures staff training is up to date.
