Job summary

Henkel Asia Pacific Service Centre is seeking a motivated professional to support material planning reporting, SAP transactional processes, and business process optimization. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders and delivering data-driven insights using Power BI and Excel.

Ideal candidates have a relevant degree and at least 1 year of experience in customer service, logistics, or shared services, with familiarity in SAP MM and AI productivity tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of one (1) year of relevant work experience in Customer Service, Technical Support, Supply Chain Operations, Logistics, or a shared services/GBS environment.
• Familiarity with AI-powered productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) to support process efficiency, data analysis, and reporting activities
• Familiarity with SAP MM (Materials Management) and experience with project coordination and technical troubleshooting.
• Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement exposure is an advantage
• Amenable to working on a night shift schedule (8:00 PM to 5:00 AM PHT), and report on a hybrid work set-up in Ayala Avenue, Makati; Willing to work during Philippine holidays as part of a skeletal workforce arrangement

Responsibilities

• Prepare, validate, and distribute Material Planning operational and management reports using Power BI and Excel to support data-driven decision-making
• Perform transactional support activities in SAP, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and adherence to SLAs
• Develop, maintain, and update business process models using Signavio
• Create and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and process governance documentation in Himdoc
• Design, develop, and enhance tools and automation solutions to improve operational efficiency and productivity
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement process improvements aligned with business objectives
• Provide maintenance, troubleshooting, testing, and end-user support for existing tools and applications
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives through process optimization, automation, and knowledge-sharing activities; Conduct monthly business reviews with stakeholders to evaluate performance, address issues, and identify improvement opportunities
