Job summary

Henkel in Makati is seeking a Logistics, Planning & Operations Specialist (Inventory & Planning Support) to enable efficient supply chain planning through data, processes, and automation. You will partner with planning teams to deliver accurate insights and drive continuous improvement.

The role requires a background in supply chain or related fields, 1+ year of relevant experience, and proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with Power BI, Signavio, SharePoint and SAP MM is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 1+ year of experience in customer service, technical support, supply chain operations or logistics.
• Proficient in MS Office; VBA, Power BI and SharePoint knowledge is a plus.
• Familiarity with SAP MM and project coordination; strong troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with AI-powered productivity tools for data analysis and reporting.
• Willing to night shift (8:00 PM–5:00 AM) and hybrid work setup in Makati, Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, validate, and distribute reports using Power BI and Excel.
• Perform SAP transactional support with accuracy and SLA adherence.
• Develop and maintain business process models using Signavio.
• Create SOPs and governance docs in Himdoc.
• Design and improve tools and automation to boost efficiency.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement process improvements.
• Provide maintenance and end-user support for tools and apps.
• Lead monthly business reviews to identify improvements.
