Job summary

Jugro Transport Int Phils Corp in Makati is seeking a dependable and physically fit Helper to assist drivers in safe and timely delivery and collection of cargo.

You will load/unload shipments, ensure proper handling, verify cargo against documents, and support deliveries while maintaining excellent customer service in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or vocational graduate.
• Capable of lifting and carrying heavy cargo.
• Willing to travel and work extended hours when required.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced logistics environment.
• Honest, reliable, and able to work well with a team.
• Experience as Truck/Delivery/Warehouse Helper is an advantage but not required.
• Familiarity with Metro Manila and nearby provincial routes is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist the truck driver in loading, unloading, and securing cargo for transport.
• Ensure shipments are handled properly to prevent damage during transit.
• Help verify cargo against delivery documents before loading and unloading.
• Assist in delivering and collecting cargo from customers, warehouses, ports, and other locations.
• Guide the driver during parking, reversing, and maneuvering the vehicle when necessary.
• Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the assigned delivery truck.
• Report damaged, missing, or irregular shipments to the driver or supervisor.
• Follow company safety policies and proper cargo handling procedures.
• Assist with other logistics and delivery-related tasks as assigned.
