Job summary

San Miguel Foods is seeking a seasoned Supply Chain & Logistics Manager to oversee end-to-end logistics with 3PL partners across ambient, chilled and frozen environments. You will drive strategies, ensure performance metrics, and align operations with manufacturing goals in a dynamic FMCG setting.

The role requires a strong background in warehouse/inventory control, SAP proficiency, and cost-conscious logistics leadership.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Engineering, Logistics Management, Accounting or related field.
5+ years in Supply Chain & Logistics with warehouse, inventory, distribution and manufacturing ops in a managerial role.
Certified Supply Chain practitioner is an advantage.
Exposure to FMCG operations and cold storage environment.
Experience with SAP and strong financial/quality control knowledge.
Excellent written and verbal communication; readiness to be assigned in Davao.

Responsibilities

I. Translate and cascade strategies into logistics operating plans with 3PL partners.
II. Ensure 3PLs meet CFR, delivery, SAP docs, audits (Food Safety, OSHA, Quality).
III. Protect assets and manage company properties.
IV. Conduct 3PL performance reviews for SLA/KPI and audits.
V. Direct 3PL providers and optimize logistics costs.
VI. Mitigate supply chain disruptions with optimization and stakeholder coordination.
VII. Train 3PL staff to fill competency gaps and address issues.
