Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Prior experience in logistics, transportation, dispatch, or supply chain operations preferred.
• Knowledge of route planning, truck booking, and 3PL coordination is an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Excel/Google Sheets and basic logistics systems.
• Strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to maintain accurate records under pressure.
• Willing to coordinate with field personnel, drivers, and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily picklists for routing and assist in route planning and truck bookings.
• Verify routes, truck assignments, and delivery details with dispatch.
• Monitor deliveries from dispatch to completion and report status.
• Encode backloads and maintain matching records with trips and deliveries.
• Process and track logistics expense liquidations and supporting documents.
